Returns Policy

If the items you have received have been damaged or are not as described, you may return them unopened within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

COVID-19 Updates

Contactless Delivery

We are shipping via Sendle who offer contactless delivery. Throughout the dispatch and delivery process, we are ensuring that you, the driver or our team don't come into contact. The drivers are practicing strict hygiene measures including social distancing. 

Please note that any "Signature on Delivery" requests are being changed to "Authority to Leave" to eliminate person to person contact. Drivers will leave parcels in a designated safe place, and can also take a signature on behalf of a customer standing 2 metres away.

Delays and Restrictions

Please note that due to social distancing, some orders may take an extra 1-2 business days to reach customers in Australia. We have also stopped sending orders to selected international destinations. If you're unsure of whether we're still sending items your way, please contact us.
