Purple Rain Shrub Shandy

This is a great way to add a little something new and interesting to your beer. It doesn't take much shrub and you can experiment with different flavours! Using the Purple Rain Shrub will add flavours of beetroot and blueberries.

Ingredients

• 30mL Purple Rain Shrub
• 1 Indian Pale Ale (IPA - about 200-250mL)
  
  

Directions

1. Add the Purple Rain Shrub to a beer glass

2. Top up with your IPA

It's best for the IPA to be cold (obviously) and you can adjust the ratio of shrub to beer. Even as little as 15mL of shrub will give you a bright colour and a fun zingy taste.
